DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

We are out-of-network with all insurance companies. Remaining private pay allows us more flexibility in where, when, and how we can support your child. We believe that each child's plan of care is best determined in collaboration with parents and clinicians, NOT by insurance companies!

We provide a superbill (a medical receipt) monthly that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement for out of network services.

​

Many families are able to use their flex spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) to cover the cost of occupational therapy services.

 

ALL FEES ARE SERVICE SPECIFIC AND PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE

CARA Therapy is committed to providing best practice, evidence-based treatment while keeping costs competitive. 

*We require full payment for your evaluation and treatment at the time of service, and you will be reimbursed directly by your insurance carrier any amount that is due to you after you submit your superbill and your claim has been processed. 

** Therapeutic Listening and Interactive Metronome can be provided as a treatment modality during therapy sessions as indicated OR as individualized full protocol programs. Additional fees apply for full protocol delivery of these services.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Cost of services are as follows:

Individual therapy sessions: $130/hour (prorated for shorter sessions)

Group therapy sessions: $80/hour (prorated for shorter sessions)
Evaluations: $350 (flat rate)

Playgroups: Free!

 

$10 travel fee for each appointment rendered outside of our clinic or aquatic therapy facility.
